This is my first grow I’m 2 weeks into flower. They are having burnt looking leaves and new leaf/pistol structures look burnt and are crumbling away help please!
Help and suggestions

Light schedule is 12/12 using at 315 w CMH Luxx 30 ish inches from canopy. Watering schedule m/th with nutes(fox farm 2tsp grow big 2tsp tiger bloom 3 tsp big bloom. Mixed in roughly 1.5 g ppm about 800 ph 6.3)(the gallon lasts the week of watering for all 3 plants) then Tuesday Friday 16 oz H20 6.3 ph. The other days no water. Growing in 420 recipe soil in 12 in pots I think they are 5 gal. Lights go off around 4:30pm turn back on roughly 5 am.

RH is 55 temp 70-80 I was counting stretch as flower but I will not now

I immediately thought bud rot when I saw that first picture. But that plant also looks cooked!
OP, I've never used that soil but it looks like it's meant to be used like a super soil. You may have over fed. Also, stop watering/feeding on a set schedule. You need to water when the medium is dry. The plant doesn't care if it's Tuesday. It's fine to feed every other watering, but you need to be flexible and react to what the plant is telling you.
When did the leaf damage begin? Also definitely need to know your temps and humidity if possible.

You have some nute deficiency you could try feeding more often. By replacing your pure H2O with nutes. As they enter flower the need to feed increases. But it's not to bad. I think your problem is elsewhere.
To amend that statement.
Looks like a slight cal deficiency. But agree feed as needed not on a schedule.
Any sighs of pests. I thought I say small white spots on some leaves could be mites could be mold.
CF79 looks alot better then the rest i would isolate her.
You can count stretch as flower no problem

Definitely burned but there's a deficiency there. Bud rot seems the most likely for overall damage.

Ya, I didn't mean it was burned when I said it looked cooked, I meant it look done! I don't think there's any saving the plants with the gray buds.
Edit: your referring to the overfed comment I just realized. Again, not necessarily saying it was burned, sometimes overfeeding leads to other nutes being locked out etc. That plant is so rough it's going to be tough to pinpoint the issue

Agree there they are pretty far gone.

Isolate CF79 the girl looks ok but if it is bud rot you run the risk of reinfection.
The rest are gone soil and all if the pots were cheap there gone too. Use hydrogen peroxide to clean, I use paper towel to wipe down walls, floor, every surface with hydrogen per. Then have a damp clean cloth and a dry cloth to rewipe every surface. Clean all fans the same any tool you used.

Wow something went radically wrong. Looks like some really weird nutrient lock out symptoms. The new growth is melting possibly from an inability to form proper cell walls which would allow for infection, and other parts look toxic, nute burnt or heat stressed. I’m guessing it stems from nutrient balance in the soil all out of whack.
I’m confused about the gallon lasting the whole week for 3 plants. Also only 16 ozs of water on the other days? When you water or fertilize, you should give enough to get 10% run off. With plants that size in 5 gallon you don’t need to water 4 times a week.
If it were me I’d start over. If you want to keep going, flush the pots thoroughly with pHed water and put them back in veg til you get things looking good. Out of curiousity, if you decide to keep going, check the runoff EC during the flush Until it gets down to a reasonable level.
