Is there anything you would recommend purchasing in addition to the light.... Iv got a few setups going so im not hurting for the usual gear....

Shipping takes a while to get to me... I have time to learn about the differences...

Is there a recommended source for LED specific grow? As in what I need to know or should know for the switch to LED

Heater... you'll need to run the room at 27c

IS there a difference between these two besides the 550 being slightly weaker.... It would still seem to be enough for a 4x4 but what do I kno... about 150$ less than the previous link...

Any thoughts. thanks again

The first link is the r-spec boards with a 600-watt driver. Slightly better spectrum/more power/lower efficiency.
Second is the lm301b qb's and a 480-watt driver. No 660nm reds, lower power, more efficient.
I use a 550 in my pheno tent and it has enough coverage for the 4x4.

What are you yielding? I run 640 in my 4x4 now but looking to expand my tent. I want to get by with less elec

Well hlg uses Samsung lm301h led chips and some inventronics driver
There’s Amazon lights using the lm301b led and meanwelldriver,
I prefer led strips the par spread is unmatched/. But If I was doing boards I would build my own
IMHO nobody compares to optic led check out the slim 600 h and let me know if any light even comes close to it

The 4 qb 96s would work the same as one hlg600? in terms of flowering I mean... I intend to stick w the T5s at least for a little while to veg... I may switch this to the LED eventually but I have a system of bouncing between tents that times up for me w the t5s. I may end up grabbing the 600 anyway for the reason but im just curious. the price of 4 96s. is something like 250$ total as opposed to the 750$

Don’t have any pics of the flower room it’s kinda empty about to start a new project of top dawg nyc chem but here’s one of the 4x8 Mephisto tent about a week ago.
