Hello everyone this is my 1st time its outdoor in az from seed in soil perlite havent added no fertilizer plants seem to like environment and not asking for nutes there about 1.5 months old about 18 inches in 3 gal pot I've fimmed or topped I think lol I think it worked I recently bended the main stem to open the canopy please advise are these all gona be colas or tops

Looking good! Yes, all of those will be top colas. She's looking ready for some nutrients, maybe transplant in a couple weeks.

That thing will get HUGE if you give it some space.
5 gals are the smallest I've used outdoors. That plant will probably get pretty root-bound.
I'd at least suggest using a fabric bag to let the roots air prune.
You are correct on flowering. It's going to be months before the days get short enough.

The plant will get root-bound. Plastic pots like your using are most susceptible, that's why I suggested using a fabric grow bag.
You really NEED to use a larger container.
Unless you're using some type of living soil, it requires feeding throughout the grow.

Im using the miracle grow soil with nutes feeds 6 months.. isn't it to late to transplant there kinda big I do still have another 2 months though in veg. I havent used no other nutes an sc there looking pretty good..

You should transplant asap ! I would go to at least 7g or more ...you will notice and explosion of growth a day or two after transplant .

I highly doubt like others have said you will make it without transplanting .

They will have a really hard time in those pots in another month or so probably. Not having more space for the roots means that the plant will stop getting bigger. And if the plant gets outbound it can be super bad for it.
Miracle grow is a no no for weed growers. The slow release fertilizer is not ideal as your weed plants have different nutrient needs during each stage of the grow cycle.
My advice to you would be to buy 7gal grow bags and use an organic soil like happy frog or one that home depot carries. Soil and perlite. When you transplant, loosen up the root ball by rolling it in your hands a little. (Freshly washed hands!) Let as much of the excess miracle grow soil fall from the roots as you can without losing your hold on the root ball. It might be helpful to have a second person helping you to hold the plant by its stalk. And then gently set the plant into the new grow bag. Backfill with the new soil mix. (Premoisten the soil in the grow bag b4 putting the plant in. Not super wet but you want a lil mostuire in there for the roots to go find.)
The benefit of using cloth grow bags is that the plants don't get rootbound. The roots are able to poke through the bag and then the tips dry up and die, "air pruning".

For me signs of root bound are yellowing lower leaves that eventually fall off and stunted growth. You will definitely need a bigger pot soon.

I wouldn't feed them anythin right now. The miracle grow is feeding them. If you transplant into a good organic soil you prob dont have to worry about feeding them. maybe a little towards the end of flowering.
You might actually try feeding some silica from now until like week three if flower.

You started that girl way to early if you are trying to keep it small. If you put that in a 200 gallon pot right now, it would be 20' tall by the time its fully into flower. If you are trying to keep small plants, start more seeds or take clones from that one.

I wouldnt feed them anything for another month or two. Then give them a dry amendment top dressing like this.



and like the other guy said, silica is good. but i dont consider that "food"

Yep stem strength would be my concern lol. A 100-200 gallon pot would have it in the 15-20' tall range.
