You want some perlite. Your medium is very importantly recommend fox farm ocean forest. And blurpies not good for veg but then again it is veg right.... so we won’t get worried till flower. Other than that you wanna make sure to gradually up pot so you can get on a good feeding regimen. Not bAd tho

Not too bad considering there is no perlite in the soil for root oxygen.
Here's mine at 21 days for comparison.

Yes it is but you also need good draining soil as well.

Not really. If your soil is too dense it won't allow oxygen through it no matter what pots you have. All fabric pots do is air prune the roots for better development. You want an airy mix for good drainage.
