Using bio live and 707 for first time little help.

I've got a 3 cubic foot bag of 707 5lb bag of Bio live.

now on the video on YouTube they say two to four tablespoons per gallon of soil. Easy enough. I'm mixing it up for vag first. Sorry guys had to leave that one I'm dictating this it was too funny to take out. So I'm using this the 707 my first question is do I have to let it cook once I mix it up do I let it sit for 90 days before I use it. Was going to throw a little kelp meal in there. when it comes time to bloom was going to use the same mixture only with a lot more kelp meal some high phosphorus roots organic Guana some Dolomite lime in both mixes. Was going to start vacuuming like a 2 gallon container and them into 5 gallon buckets with the bloom soil when it came time. Going to be watering with seaweed and molasses throughout the whole grow. This is the first time in a long time in a long long time that I've went away from Advanced and back to full organic so any help is much appreciated. Already got a little Direction from one of the members Mikey thanks a lot but really appreciate it. Thanks guys. I know there's a lot of you that are very experienced when it comes to this I could use the help. I'll just throw in this grow is for monkey mints from exotic headbangerxgoji .

That bio live is some really good stuff. I top dress my organic pots with it mixed with some earth worm castings, kelp meal and a little extra fish bone meal right before I flip to flower. Most plants stay healthy and green until the end...allowing for a pretty nice ‘fade’ as well.

DTE is good stuff and I'm also using the 707 soil , holes dug in the ground with some oyster shells mixed in. During veg I use the bat guano, alfalfa meal and some Vermiworm worm casting's to make tea. Bloom i'll add seabird guano and langbenite to the mixture and ease up on the bat guano. Mykos WP the whole time and a filter at the end of the garden hose. This year they were sold out of the bigger bag of seabird guano so I bought some of the Aurora Innovations brand. Planning to use molasses too this year and anything else I can add that might be helpful or missing

You know I always thought that the high phosphate guano was for the bloom. Honestly I wouldn't have thought to use it during veg. But I keep seeing a lot of people do you sit during veg. and just out of curiosity why not use it during bloom or use much of it. I definitely need to change my way of thinking on some of this stuff. The langbenite dte sells that as well. was gonna grab some. When you use the bio live do you let your soil cook before you plant. Thanks for the input always appreciate it . if I come up with anything good I'll let you know. I will say I've been using molasses 1 tbsp to a gallon in veg two tablespoons to a gallon in bloom and in my hydro as well and the crystals have been many definitely seen an improvement over using things like sweet and honey ES. Plus you're not spending all that money which I'm down with.

I personally let everything ‘cook’. For a few weeks before planting in it. I always have soil cooking in big blue storage toots to take from when I need it.

I don’t want to give you bad information but you should be ok not letting it cook. That 707 should cover things for the first few weeks until the biolive starts the get broken down.

Oh I see just like the conniseur needs some time to do it's thing and become available as it breaks down in the soil. I would imagine the Dte takes a little longer than the liquid just based on the stage of fert. Makes perfect sense.was going to do the same as far as having a large plastic container.I usually use the plastic tubs that you'd put a keg in with the rope handles.they work great.the polyurethane tubs that farmers use are awesome too if you need larger.the start around 75 gallons and go up to 300 gal.Thanks appreciate the help.Oddly enough I've come full circle .almost 30 years ago as a young en I started with blood meal bone meal maxi crop castings guano etc and then as things went from fun to work I quickly moved too liquid nutes.I always said it's what your end result needs to be that dictates how you go about it but in my heart I always wanted to be full organic as the finish is unbeatable.The only thing I've seen that tops it is a finish with heavy heavy co2 using organics.Unreal .It was out of this world literally .almost too much as the nugs where oozing goo.Had to smoke in a bong -glass because it was so drenched no matter how long it dried youd get a single puff of a J and it go out as you passed it or by the time you went for a second.Just happened to be purple warlock but the strain had little to do with it.the co2 did it's work well.

The thing with organic nutrients is that they don’t get broken down to nutrients that the plant can use until the microbes consume it and turn it into plant available food. That’s why compost teas are so popular in organic. Are you using any extra compost or earthworm castings in your mix?

Okay so the same thing in essence as worm casting in that the worms eat it and then release it . Now it's food.microbes eat and their waste becomes edible. I'm not using anything extra it's a shame I have access to a farm that's got every kind of manure chickenshit that you could imagine. But I wouldn't take anything like that from the outside inside because of insects. But when I do grow outside I not only use the manure as food but I will make a tea and top feed as well. I'm going to definitely use worm castings throughout I know there's some in the 707 already. I got Roots organic High phosphate guano which I plan on using for the bloom portion. I'm going to put them from like a half a gallon container into a two and a half gallon container mixed with soil for the veg. Then place them in a 5 gallon bucket for the bloom this way I don't have to top dress everything. Although I will be top-dressing amendments like the guano on the way through. When you say extra compost what do you mean what kind of compost specifically and if there's anything else here that you think I should add please let me know.

I actually think that it works out great. Meaning you can start with a smaller plant and if you don't cook the stuff it's going to get the nutrients from the 707 and maybe a little bit extra if you feed some seaweed and molasses. And then in a few weeks when the bio live starts to break down and the plants a little bit bigger and needs it the food will be there and it should take off like a rocket. Send me that seems really perfect and a hell of a lot easier then the past.

I used some tomato tomato tone on some strawberry with molasses and seaweed and boy 14 to 20 days later they look amazing .That is some nice fert

I'm picking up some earthworm castings today some high nitrogen bat guano some alfalfa meal and langbeinite from DTE. I think I got my veg mix down I'm going to put it together today and let it sit for a couple weeks before I pot. I'm not putting babies into this stuff I'm putting little bushes in. My only question is when I flipped over to bloom I'm going to go into larger pots so I can put some fresh mix in there I'm going to add some high phosphorus bat guano to the mix from Roots organic. But basically the mix stays the same from Veg to bloom other than that and some fresh worm castings.

Biolive already has langbeinite and kelp in it. I would skip adding it twice and substitute some gypsum or save your money for more compost/castings

Be careful when adding dry nutrients to the 707.. I burn even older plants sometimes when transplanting into 707 even though theres only about a month of readily availble nutrients there.

If I were you I would cut the 707 with some pure coco fiber. ration of 75% 707/ 25% Coco

707 is meant to be ran with a liquid regiment indoor after about 2 week after transplant.

PROTIP: run it with coco nutrients and hydro nutrients ph @ 5.5-6.5

I would honestly just leave the 707 alone, maybe mix in some bio live right before you transplant. Use all the other ingredients you just mentioned but instead if dry amending throw all that stuff into a bucket of water for a day or two and then water the plants with it

I was going to add some extra langbeinite when I switch to flower with some seabird guano a little bit of high phosphate bat guano but mainly I was thinking about using the high phosphate back guano as a tea i bought some azamite as well that I was gonna use at all stages. Wow reading that really puts my whole grow a question. In the beginning I was going to just grab promix so that I knew exactly what was going into this rather than start with something like 707 and now I'm thinking that might be a good idea cuz you're telling me that the 707 is supposed to be run alone or with liquid nutrients. Now once again I'm not putting babies into this I'm going to be putting plants that are probably 2 ft tall and a foot and a half wide small bushes these are going to be mature plants that are at least 2 months old. I can understand starting with the soil and not letting it cook so that it takes a little time for the other nutrients to catch up one of the other members whose use the 707 with the bio live together had some really great results so I'm going off what he had to say and what he showed me.
