Young plant strange spots ??

I have a young plant growing in a fabric pot...
good exhaust and air flow, other plants not getting the same issues, but all the same soil mix ect. the soil is 1/2 promix organic and the rest is peat moss and about 6 cups of perlite...I have not given any nutes, just water and a bit of superthrive..nothing I have not done before...I'm just missing something..any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
under a 1000 led light..probably around 18 inches from the top....good air flow watered with 6.5 to 7 tap water..checked everywhere for pests...nothing in site, I keep the grow tent super clean..hopefully it grows out of it..

I think its a sign of calcium deficiency at one point. The other leaves look ok and that is what important.....the new growth .
pik off the two leaves and move on down the road
