How to feed for bigger buds

My last plants were a dissapointment to say at the least...i got a gram for every month I vegged(3months) I currently have some autos at day 44 and most of em are doing amazing, how can I get the buds to fatten up more before harvest? I already upgraded my lights from two giixer 1000watt to four 1000w sunraise led, I'll post pics shortly

I’m new here so I don’t have much advice to give, but when my buds were in their prime, I added some bloom nutes in small quantities over time, cutting off the nutes a couple of weeks before harvest. and that did the trick. It wasn’t any specific type, just a generic 20-20-20+TE that promotes both veg and flower. This is not ideal (you probably want something with less nitrogen and more phosphorus for flower) but this is what I had access to from a local shop.
I guess with your new lights you should definitely see better growth. Make sure you get your timer right with 16/8 during veg and 12/12 during flower, otherwise you will likely get irregular or smaller buds. Make sure there are no light leaks into your grow site! Maybe read up on LST or FIM/topping to create more bud sites and distribute plant growth to get the most bang for your buck from your new lights.

There is no miracle potion, just keep them happy and the less potions you use the better.

1ml per ltr of Buddhas Tree Organicus 99% is all I need to feed and I'm always happy.

Cheap simple and does the job all the way through fantastically.

I would say for plants in general, the soil medium volume will generally set a limit to how much you can expect from your plant to produce (whether flower, fruits, etc). I think with the soil volumes in your photos you could train your plants to grow bigger and have a wider canopy, and with the correct balance of nutrients, training, and care (lighting timings / nutrient timings / watering timings / dealing with bugs / etc.) I think you can expect better yield this time around!
@KK26 I just give the plants little boosts of nutrients when they look like they are ready to grow more and need a lift. I always give the plants less than I think they need so I don’t over-feed. Do you think this is a good approach given the constraint of not having access to different nutes?

I've been feeding with GH floratrio and do autos have to be under 12/12? I've heard the last couple weeks under 12/12 can help trichs ripen when there done swelling and I love to lst, hoping to get some photos going to try a scrog next

Autos don’t need to be under 12/12, however, during flower as you mentioned, if you do provide 12/12, you should see more consistent bud growth when combined with incrementally increasing (early flower) then decreasing (until 2 weeks before harvest) quantities of nutes. In other words, giving 24/7 light is not a great idea, because plants do like to sleep.

I took a look at GH Flora and it looks like they provide all your plants will need. You will want to make sure you don’t give any Gro solution during Bloom otherwise the plant will focus on producing veg rather than flower, which can cause small buds to appear, and try to provide half or less than the recommended nute quantities and wait to see how the plants respond. If you see rich, green growth emerge, you know your nutes are in decent quantities for your kind of plant. You can also test different nute quantities per plant and keep a record of feeding to compare results. This is what I did last grow and it’s helped a lot this time around!

lighting is going to be your biggest bottleneck. More quality light and healthy plants will give you the best results.

what i've found is that the more branchy the plants are, the more they trade size for "flower spots"... So lately i've been trying to REEEEEALLLY clean them up just to make sure i dont get smalls
