What's so special about this Lambsbread I keep seeing people interested in this strain but I have smoke Jamaican stuff from the dispensary and it just makes me loopy n tired did not feel like a sativa at all.
They once forgot my two bruce banners and I emailed them with pic, they sent me them right away. I think they track everything internally so maybe it came from a different warehouse.

That’s the thing, Lambsbread isn’t supposed to make you feel tired or loopy at all like that. Most of the LB seed vendors have descriptions that sound like what you had, but likely, at least from my research on the strain, this means that they likely aren’t authentic LB.

PEV’s description is the only one I’ve found that describes a true landrace Sativa effect of having “no ceiling” and abundance of energy and creativity. It supposedly also has an 11 week flowering time, as opposed to the others which list 7-9 weeks; again more appropriate for a landrace Sativa.

As for why I want it; what can I say, I love landrace strains. I’ve got a bunch of Africa Sativa Landraces, and a bunch of Middle Eastern Indica Landraces. Such strains have hundreds if not hundreds of thousands of years of competition and natural selection, resulting in cultivars with naturally strong resistance to pests, diseases, and natural vigor. They also often have long histories of being used for medicinal, entheogenic, and spiritual purposes.

I honestly could care less about the “newest” or most complicated new hybrid on the market. But, hey, to each their own. ‍If you love modern strains then more power to you.

No, not my cup of tea.

I get the idea of genetic diversity, but I tend to think that Mother Nature/survival of the fittest is the best selector of genetics there is. And I have neither the disposable time nor space to spend on breeding/growing for seeds.

Maybe someday, but not on my radar atm.

I do pheno Hunt with the strains I have because even within a population of well adapted/strong genetics there will be exceptional individuals. But I’m not really into breeding.

Again though, if you are, more power to you.

Just wanted to update that, it took over a month from the time I placed by order till they arrived, but I finally got my Lambsbread seeds from PEV in the mail today! Based on others experiences in this thread I decided to chance it and opt to not do the stealth/t-shirt option.

According to the tracking sight PEV uses my package was at the New York customs office for like 3 weeks and I was almost certain that I’d one day get a note in the mail saying my package had been seized, but to my amazement I got home today to find the package had made it to my door with the seeds still in it! Sweet!

Nice! I lived in nyshitty...post office plus weather/holidays=very lazy and busy usps office.
If mine hits chitown or l.a i get it in 14 days.
Their strains IME do look like the description and pics from the auto mamba and bruce banner i grew. They both rocked but clearly the banner fed you up more!
I hope you're right. If it is at least like a nice haze high no couch lock I would like to grow it here in the desert.
I always wondered how many you need to get a breeder pack, 3, 5?

Strawberry Blue early harvest are fresh for sure Mordynyc, they cannot be old because it is a strain that was released a short time ago. The covid is delaying some shipments due to messaging problems, but it should not change anything about our offers, I will talk to my colleagues about this too, my intention is that you have a great service, that's the first thing friend.
