When I look under the flowers and the sugar leaves it looks like a sack with a hair coming out of it

That’s a calyx which is what the buds are made of. It is where seeds form but only after the plant has been pollinated.
so are you saying that that's completely normal and I have nothing to worry about?it made me real nervous when I was lifting my leaves and I seen that round sack with the hair sticking out of it

Pretty soon the plant will be budding and those things will be everywhere.IMG_3838.JPG

While it could and may hermie later, those are female flowers so for now you are golden. What you posted, the tiny calyx, is gold, it will become your buds so stop pulling them off (jk).

Relax, take a hit, let the plants do their thing, you are doing good to keep after them and asking good questions.

The reason why I started looking was because I noticed some of the hairs on a couple of my plants were starting to turn brown at the tips and I read that that could be a sign of pollination I've never had any males around them so I was wondering if they were hermaphroditing. The calyxs that I found stood out under my formed buds. Looks exactly like a seed casing. I switched my lights to 12/12 25 days ago

A swollen calyx eventually COULD have a seed...that is how plant sex occurs...the flower get impregnated by pollen.

So i understand your stress...the male parts are VERY obvious and you will know if you have a male or hermie.

I went through that stress 1st grow. I spent several hours going through a 100 page thread about sexing plants. By page 40 I was an expert, and by page 100 i was 100% sure i could tell.

Experience still matters though. The calyxes SWELL in flowering which will scare you again, but trust me its on autopilot.

Keep temps, humidity and such right, and you have as good a chance as anyone of coming through with a solid sinse harvest.
