Weird HPS cooling solution

don’t forget to add it’s kind of a safety thing.
I figured you guys had that covered already.
Just cause they designed and engineered it that way doesn’t mean you have to do it. It’s been 6 weeks man.
Just answering the quoted question is all, nailing down a detail. I really didn't want to have to go into all the stuff that was already covered lol. like I said before with the meme, I should kept on trucking.
Yours works your tv too? Pics or it didn’t happen :hump: :bigjoint:
You plug into the female adapter and put the remote in her hand. lol doggie style while watching football. all she needs is a tramp stamp of a dinner plate so I got something to eat chicken wings from lol

You do know that heat can melt plastic, yes?
Okay yes but dont forget it full of water and it would have to essentially vaporize all of the water in the container to begin melting the plastic otherwise the water in the container will keep the container from melting because it will stay cooler until the water is completely vaporized out of and off the walls of the container before the "melt" unless you use a blow torch on one point of the container but even still youd be there for a minute trying to melt a hole in a container full of water lol.

I was trying to cool my 250w hps without a cooltube and what I figured out is to cool the bulb from the top of the reflector using a cradle spot I made in which I put one of those square frozen thingies made from super hard plastic and it works AMAZING. My question is, in long term will this harm the bulb, so far it's doing great, my logic is in winter the fixtures get covered in snow and they work, so any electricians or experts chime in.
Can you teach me?

I got here laughter was building rapidly...
Know the female remote adapter is a "smart" device and will continue to function after you unplug from it. Pretty amazing, does dishes, laundry, even runs a vacuum. It is however very important to plug in regularly to keep the female adapter synchronized or it will start to malfunction.
Then i got to here, at this point the laughter is basically over flowing and then...
Some of them support the cooking function if the software option is installed at the factory.
... okay ROTF LMFAO laughter spills out all over the place thanx ren this was awesome lololololol

Which key is the stinky pinky? lol
I did some research.

"To date there is no know direct route to= pathway- (keystroke-stinkypinky). Research has shown that (keystroke-stinkypinky) is only accessible with a combination of random parameters.

Researchers indicate a higher percentage of generating pathways to (keystroke-stinkypinky) when hardware (Wife) notifies the user of an available (Software Upgrade) that is randomly generated by (Wife) in what seems to be a consistently incoherent timeline that cannot be measured with any current scientific instruments.

Having a quick reaction time to activating the (Purchase Software Upgrade) selection has shown an increase in the generation of pathway- (keystroke-stinkypinky) being offered and available by hardware (Wife).

(Keystroke-stinkypinky) has a randomly generated half-life, so we encourage users to initiate (keystroke-stinkypinky) at first available opportunities. "

Thank god for Wikipedia...

Why has nobody asked him why he is trying to cool the light in the first place? At what point did you ask yourself should i buy a fan or mount an electrical fire to my fixture inside of a craddle? I asked lots of times never got this answer from myself, never not even one time ever has anyone put those lights where they could even get a spritz. Next they will water their grow lights to cool em down and skip the annoyingly long freezer step and just fix a soaker hose to ur hps lamps to keep temps controlled. I was planning on doing the same thing but i am going to use something much colder then water like liquid butane or propane, their sub zero temps should keep my light cool for a good long while, it most certainly will explode causing a large fire coupled with injuries from the explosion, not too mention the plants dont do well after explotion stress and the herb burns differently when it dries like that, ill have to have all my equipment and house replaced but ill see what happens after this cycle cause i have been running it like this for a few weeks dont wanna stop in the middle of a grow... if its not broke dont fix it right?

Licking the outter surface of the bulb will cool the bulb and char your tounge, to me putting ice ontop of an electrical fixture no matter how you do that is the same thing as licking your hps bulb to cool it, put the ice on n your tounge to protect it ;)
