Looks fairly normal in flower
If those yellow leaves offend you clip em off
They won't return to green

Ok, thanks, I appreciate your advice
What really concerns me is that the really small leaves on the inside near the middle of the plant, haven't all changed color and they're really mushy instead of being crispy, this is my first grow, i just don't know about this issue

lol Definitely not normal usage of stored N, as implied above. The telltale sign of it NOT being so, is the fact that the yellow leaves appear browned and wilted which looks like some sort of P or K issue... Also, it looks like one of the lower bud sites may be rotted. Hard to tell with the pic. But that will def kill the plant if not removed. Again, I can't see it 100% so I'm not saying that is what's going on here. What I AM saying, is 100% that plant is sick and NOT just showing signs of yellowing from flowering.

Shit, what should I do? Remove the lower bud sites and let it keep going or try to harvest the entire plant now to keep from losing it? Or what?

Well first ya gotta look to see if they're rotted lol Don't cut them off if they aren't 100% rotting. At this stage, any damage is magnified in the form of lost yields. One thing I noticed for sure is you have the lower branches almost in the soil. This is ok and some growers prefer it that way, but you're closer to pests/moisture and there is a bud site right there.
You have to analyze the entire plant and identify any soft/mushy stems/buds/leaves. They have to go. That's the best place to start.
