Please help me

Hi all this my Bruce banner auto I watered last night hence the soil looking so wet it’s under 600w about 3ft above plant . Can anyone advise on the state of my leafs they don’t look healthy I’m not sure if I need more nitrogen as they ain’t very green any advice will be much appreciated thanks in advance.

600w led or HID? It looks like it’s starving or getting fried by the light.

Hps mate iv raised my lights now a good 4ft above I’ll let the souls dry out a touch and give a small feed later thank you very much for the advice
