Plant problem need help

So iv started my autoflowers but i started them a bit to early, I started them about april 12th expecting it to be a bit warmer outside so iv been growing them in my window that gets a decent amount of sunlight about 6-7 hours a day.

once i felt they were a bit to big for the starter pots i had them in i moved them into there final pots but had to keep them indoors due to the temperature being at the zero mark for about a week with as little as 1/2 hours of sunlight and not very direct as the pots were way to big for the window

The leaves started turning pale on one plant and the other has like a burnt edge that does not look like a nutrient burn as iv only given it to them once and not much at all

The plants are now outside in the direct sunlight as of 2 days ago, now should i cut the damaged parts of the leaves off or what exactly should i do?

I usually cut it. But 6-7 of sunlight next your window is really little you need much more. If you plants get more than 10 hours of darkness they start to flower as soon as they can!

Thats basically whats happening is that they kicked into flowering already, but why are the leaves changing colors and some crisp as if they dead on the ends?

Lack of light can cause things like that too but cold really triggers plants!

the stems also are turned purple on the tops, will these plants rebound or should i consider restarting now?

Keep them maybe you can save it but man that amount light is not enought. When I first started growing I had the same problem before I started indoor growing. What I did is I gave them as muvh direct sunlight as possibke then bring them back and give them another 4 hours of some light from a led bulb which I not that the best but still better that darkness

Yea i mean the weather is good now so iv got them outside indirect sunlight for like 10 hours a day now, just mean could they recover now being outside in proper weather?

They can but dont be surprised if they start flowering earlier
