Efficient way of removing heat from my grow tent

I just want to know if it's better to lower my carbon filter closer to my lights and the canopy to remove the heat other than having it at the top of my tent? any help or advice would be highly appreciated thanks!

I got LED lights. Probably about 650 Watts pulling from the wall. A 2 by 4 by 5 grow tent. A 220 cfm fan. I know I got a lot of watts in that little tents but the next couple of days it's going to be a little warm and I'm just trying to place my carbon filter in the best possible place. I figured lowering it closer to the lights would be my best option but this is my first grow

650 actual or replacement? If actual, you're giving your plants 80 something watts a square foot. That's more than a little high and probably gonna cause a little heat lol Especially at only 5 ft height.

Heat rises. Filter should be at the very top of the tent for maximum heat-removal effectiveness. Where are you venting this heat to... the same room the tent is in?

I understand that heat rises I just figured the closer it was to the heat source the more efficient it would be I figured it wouldn't even have a chance to get to the top of my tent since the filter was right there above my light but I guess whatever works.
Thanks for your input

650 actual. I got two 1000w leds and a bunch of flowering bulbs. I figured hey go-big-or-go-home I didn't want to end up with airy buds it's my first time growing I'm still learning going on my fifth week in the flower and it's doing pretty good so no complaints so far
