Hermie or Not?

I agree i would say they look female, nothing to say they wont herm in the future just no signs so far suggesting that imo.

What's up with that plant? The growth looks like it was about to start flowering and now it's revegging.

this is how rural Cannabis looks like... it doesnt develop these "buds" like the plants you are used to grow. they just get airy foxtails and need an eternity to finish.

Supposed to be Afghani

I’ve seen similar growth in extremely long flowering sativas and certain autoflowers, especially when an equatorial sativa is crossed with ruderalis (like an auto white widow); any chance this one is an auto? For some reason the bud structure looks “thin”.....for your original question, to me, male parts always look almost the same size and general shape as a seed, even in herms......i spotted the protruding hair and identified yours as a female b/c i didnt see that weird, roundish seed shaped male pollen sack.

Unfortunately I don't know alot about the strain or seed. Thanks for the feedback, I'll let it flower and see what happens. It's been stressed a couple times. New to growing indoors, making lots of mistakes but learning from them. Thanks again.
