Pistels turning brown - 5 weeks flowering

You handling the plants much? Stuff transferring from your hands to the plants can cause the pistils to turn brown early.

My bad, didn`t read da post properly and didn`t notice he said pistils.
I just zoomed the pic and seen a couple leaves with slight brown tips and didn`t even look at the pistils.

Why would handling the plant to much cause the pistles to turn brown early? I'm doing an outdoor grow, bag seed, first time, I noticed the same on my plant, but just a few. My hands are always clean when I have to touch my plant as I inspect 4x A day for bugs and usually pull things off if I find them. 3 week into flowering....thankx!

I thought it had something to do with oil/sweat transfer to the plants that resulted in damaged to the pistils, but I could imagine mechanical stress causing damage too. It's anecdotal, but I had two grows where the pistils turned brown within a day or two of doing some heavy manipulation to better utilize my screen. Initially I thought it might have been pollination from a rogue banana or an issue with my nutrients, but they started to recover and put out new hairs, I didn't find any seeds either. I found some reference searching through the forums to pistil damaged due to handling the plants and it was the only thing that seemed consistent with my grow. I haven't seen this effect since I started being mindful of how I handled my plants. I can't say this is the cause of the OP's issue but it's something to consider.

Thank you for the info...I'm mindful now on how I handle. I did notice after a good feed 2 days ago, increase in pistles and bud! So I guess it's nothing to worry about...Take care....
