2x2 indoor tent. How to grow 3 plants?

How would you guys deal with regular seeds in 2x2x4? Im worried about space for males as well as pheno hunting? and do you think i could make some seeds in this space?

In a 2x2x4 you could do 4 on a 12/12 from seed schedule.
Or 2 with 2 maybe 3 week veg before 12/12.

For seeds you will have to know you have a male and female plant.
If all you have is the 2x2x4 it will be time consuming for you to find what you seek and
pheno hunting will be difficult at best.

im building a little box to help this process and it will be like a 75w led bulb 1.5'x1.5'x3' box
can u help me figure out how i should plan the process between both tents?
