Problems in week 3 of flower..HELP!

Ideas as to whats going on...no nutes just plain facet water ph between 6-7 my light is a sf2000 in a 2.5x2.5x5f tent, 4in exhaust fan into carbon filter and a portable ac unit to keep air cool and circulating on a 12/12 light cycle rn with a bubblegum auto a mac photo and a purple kush auto..the mac is not doing so great any ideas seeing as how it in in week 3 of flower? Let me know if you need more info.

Humble opinion here from a newish grower but there are a couple of things going on there...
A fair bit of older nute burned tips, lots of drooping (colour suggest over watered - strain may not like it) and as evidenced by its hunger forced cannibalism, a lock out.
Do a reset flush (2 pot size of PH 6 water) and then a half strength feed should stop it. But only my opinion.
