Seedling with 3 leaves

Popped 10 wwxbb seeds and 40 sour d and just noticed this one has 3 leaves. Pretty cool. These genetics have had some weird stuff with the leaves on my last two grows. I had a plant that early on instead of doing 3 leaves two of them had formed together and then on another one after topping one side continued to grow with sets of leaves while the other side grew with single 5 leaf nodes. Is there a Benefit to these 3 leaves? Probably have to play it out to see.

Think its genetic anomalies @Macncheesehaze
Blimey 50 at a time. Ambitious, I'd like to see how they do, have you got a diary set up?
These are actually going outside where I’ll see them 2 more times, once to kill any males and once to chop em down. They’re autos. I actually started a shit ton inside that I posted on another thread I’ll link and before I could even adjust found out they were autos. So I’m keeping that whole run inside and tossing these outside in my field of dreams lol.

I just planted a fat Northern Cheese Haze from Mephisto and got two plants from that one seed. Seed was wierd, it was almost like it was two seeds and the second plant was outside of the second seed inside. So this second smaller plant, the first 3 nodes have 3 leaves at each node, and the next two nodes(thats all she's grown so far) look like they have 5 leaves at each node. Will try and get some pics, I gave that second one to a buddy to grow out and kept the big one, the big one is totally normal.

This was the starting pics, The first pic was just before I left for work that morning, when I came home and saw what became the second pic I split the cube and the 3rd pic is exactly what I saw. So I put the little one in its own cube and gave it to my buddy. 4th pic is the latest from my buddy but sadly he's not the best photo taker. I'm having him go take some actual good shots of the nodes tonight/this weekend and send them to me so I can post em here for ya. I've definitely heard and seen 3 nodes before but never heard of a 5 leaf node before this one.

Seedlings with 3 first-leaves are slightly rare and occur in about 1 in 10,000 plants...i’ve geown a couple to harvest and in both cases there was no real advantage, just a leafier structure. Keep us posted on your progress and good luck:)

I've had much better odds than 1 in 10,000. I've had 3 or 4 of them in the last few years. But yeah, they didn't turn into anything special.

I actually was stumbling through autoflower threads yesterday and found a thread titled weird white widow autoflower, and it had 3 leaves. Weird that my wwxbb did the same. That thread was from 2016

Got the auto army to the spot today! Got lazy and noticed it’s a pretty constantly flooded area so I took some stones and built a little grow box with some drainage, also used a ton of perilite in my mix as you can see. It’s perilite , ffof, peat hummus and Cow manure. It’s not very deep I’m kind of banking on the roots getting established and reaching down under the rocks the soil is on to its unlimited water source. What do you guys think?
