That's just a silly title to make it sound more powerful.

If you read the small print it says,

Energy efficiency: the whole kit wattage is 240 watt, comparing to old version HPS grow light, this LED light is the best choice for indoor home growth.

It also says 2x2ft coverage which is small for a 240w light. It says 2.1umol/j which isn't too bad .

If everything it says is accurate I would expect it to veg a 3x3ft space, flower 2.5x2.5ft, its odd it says 2x2ft because normally they like to exaggerate coverage not underestimate it.

Cant see a price. How much is it?

$224, I was thinking I could do better with a spider farmer from what I've read on here. More curious as to how they could claim 1200w with 240w at the wall.

A lot of LED manufacturers do this tactic.
Good ones don't.

Here is what they do, this is just an example.

Light contains 200 x 10w diodes = 2000w, but nobody would run a 10w diode at 10w, they might run them at 1w to prolong the life span and keep them cooler. so you end up with a 200w light.

But 2000w sounds better to people who don't know better.

That's all it is, a sales tactic. Its a good reason to avoid a light IMO.
If the sales pitch starts with a lie then how can one know how much else is a lie too.

Yes a spider farmer would be a better option.

Not sure how they can. They prey upon us new growers. Fortunately i bought one on Amazon "1200w led" that has shown results so far. It has 235 watt power. Just got a SF-1000 to stick in the tent for better coverage. Takes most the blurple color away and adds more of a natural look. Plants responding well and that was just 4 days ago

Bought this about a week ago. Works perfectly. FedEx messed up one of the wires on the quantum board and the seller paid for return shipping and replaced it. He's a good ole boy from Tennessee. Gives you his cell and answers all questions. Built in US with top bin Samsung led qbs. Dude has other lights he's built as well. Would recommend.

I bought a Vander 1000w, but that was before I was brave enough to visit sites like this....

Was there hype back in the day for hids? When I bought my Hydrofarm 400mh it was advertised to do a 4 by 4, 6 by 6 with reflective.

I settled on the QB style after cruising forums like these. Mine was for a 4x4 rdwc setup but a 2qb light easily flowers a 3x3. That 4qb light could flower 5x5 I hear.
