Were just yesterday into first phase of descalation in Spain, walking-outside blueballs are shite. Also IME the last part of confinement is the worst, you spent all the time while numbers are building bottling things up, when finally the curve bend starts happening is when this shit starts coming out; i can litterally just read thru whats the things ill be able to do in next phase of descalation and thats enough to get me all emotional. It also depends on how you passed the time, in relative peace in the countryside or watching ambulances pull up to your street in the city. Hope youre allright lukio

Really has been crazy how some places are so badly affected while others not so much. Here in Australia we have pretty much escaped unscathed, only 100 people have died and outside the cities we have been able to go to the beach and get a coffee etc the whole time.

I think a few places like here and italy suffered the canary in the coal mine effect. By now its also pretty calmed down here; everybody is starting to get on with things, masked and everything but still you see people not giving a fuck. Sweden and UK seems to be a bit behind. US looks nightmarish like you have a bunch of guys in power whos actually on the side of the virus, and another bunch of their followers who just cant help themselves to throw themselves against reason. In Chile it seems the same, it started with "nothing is happening" and then went to "its your own fault for not taking care like we told you to".

The only ones protesting here are rich very rightwing people; protesting while being driven by chofers or standing masked screaming in the square while they have their nanny wothout a mask, banging the pots, so stupid and shameful that you dont really take it seriously. The stuff i see out of US is of another category totally. Lets see what happens, theres a lot of covid still for everyone... I hope you stay safe whatever happens, not sure how flu seasons work in the southern hemisphere, but best be careful. :)
