its fine to defoliate, watch some youtube videos, there are a ton of side by side comparisons of defo vs. all natural, and you will get get as many replies from both sides of the coin stating their way is always best......really, it depends on the strain and your light source. For indoor and LEDs I would definitely be trimming the crap out of my plants at that point....unless they were outdoor, then there’s no benefit. Your plants look great, clip some of the bigger fans that are covering large numbers of buds and see how she responds.I'm 25 days into flower should I clean more of the fan leaves ...how do my buds look
According to the weeds in my yard, photosynthesis is a myth as they keep coming back if you cut off the green but leave the roots. You pull off the solar panel energy storage devices you'll put her in stand by mode
Not trying to disagree, but there is only so many times you can just “let it grow” especially after 30+ years of growing and literally hundreds of plants and strains. And what does that phrase actually mean? That we shouldnt experiment? So is Scrogging, hydro and the like acceptable since it wouldnt be natural? For me, I’m a scientist by education and nature and i like to try new things. Specifically for defoliation, i found that Scott Reach’s GTH#1 LOvES for me to defo the hell out of her, regardless of setup or light she makes bigger buds and more leaves, easily through week 8-9 of flower its fine to zip through all but the smallest leaves and get golf balls. However my landrace afghani responds terribly to defoliation after week 2 of flower...before that it makes her make more leaves and branches! So, if i just “let it grow” i’d never have learned how to get my biggest buds from just those two examples. I say try everything and see what you and your girls like, whether in the bedroom or the growroomHere’s a thought .... just let it grow.

And it’s also called training your plant to adhere to the inverse square law of artificial lighting. It's called pruning
yeah it does happen all the time, every year. And even though i’m full legal in a medical state i know well enough not to feel safe posting pics of a grow online to appease a “challenge”....all good here, you’re free to ask for help any time and go ahead and post your own picspics or it didn’t happen
