Can anyone help with leaves

I have some spots and burnt tips on leaves...I have not fed them yet..soil should be goodnfor another 2 weeks or so. Plz any advise

Happens same on some of my plants, I just ignore it... It never gets worse then that so maybe just keep an eye on it.
