They look hungry. In a small container 4-5 days is a long time at that size of a plant. Still better than overwatering.

You had a significant nitrogen problem with the plant on the left prior to transplant, and still a little visible afterward. Not familiar with the nutrients you are using. Do you know the NPK ratios of your nutrients?

I would just feed them ph balanced water. And let them relax. Could be a number of things, Some of the main reasons are

overwatering
Too hot
Too cold
Too many nutrients

I have an ppm meter I got off Amazon not very trusted I think. My tap water is about 150 ppm as for my nutrient mix i have never tested.
My guess would be between 600 800 ppm.
I can test my next feed in a couple days

I thought all of these could be a problem 1. overwatering is way I wait 5 days sometimes before watering
2-3. too hot still a problem summer time is here my a.c not running that good sometimes temps are as high as 82° f daytime nighttime low 70s

Is this a problem or am I still going to be ok

I water when the soil is dry. I feed every other water. I dont flush the plants with massive amounts of water, I water until it pools at the top, wait a few minutes and water again a bit. Until there is about 15-20% run off from the pots. 82 isn’t necessarily too hot. Just make sure you have good ventilation and fans moving the air around.
