Ppms tap water and build up

Alright so my babys look alright but still concerned my tap water ppm is 150-180
Phed to 6 i tested some runoff today and its coming out 500-600 is it salt build up should i flush them.

Im so confused should the ppms going in be the same coming out

3 plants look different from eachother they are photo

run-off means nothing and testing it will tell you nothing. learn to read the plant, if there isn't any problems, why look for or create them?

mix up a good 8-900 ppms and give her something to eat

never let it get completely dry, pick up the pot when it's wet. as it dries,pick it up till it feels light but not too dry. then water/feed

I wouldn't, but I might supercrop a few of those lengthy stems
