My seedlings are 2 weeks old and the leaves have turned bright yellow Any advice

I dare say they need to be planted into a medium. They’re probably lacking nutrients. 2 weeks old in what looks like rock wool probably isn’t ideal.

What's the tips to keep plants healthy in Rockwool? If I got a fan on rockwool they dry out in less then 24 hours and I have a dead plant smh

I honestly don’t use it rockwool. I start seeds out in jiffy pods then move them into pots after they sprout.
