tnx bro great info. so i have to replant them with no clay .. actually right now i have 8-10 % clay in my soil i didnt think 8 % would make this much of huge problem . i thought pest would be cause of this .. is it possible ? im uploading the new photos with no lights on if u would look at them too please.

I, personally would start from scratch. Those plants are very small and not in great health. Unless you're tight on seeds - then grow em out.
If you do keep them @Federucci gave you you an excellent tip about adding mycorrhizae to help the plant rebound from transplant shock. Also really consider the humidifier. The humidity in the air doesnt matter so much once you're out of the seedling stage but it's super important until then.

we dont have mycos over here ... we are so tight on eqip. for weed .. how could i get them out of shock after transplanting ? any of advanced nutrition fertilizer would help the shock ?

Don't sweat being short on supplies, starting over can be not only heart breaking but not possible for some. Many have been there so your not alone. I would go with what a couple previous posters said. I would carefully dig them out, clean them off and re plant them. These plants look a bit hurt but life is incredibly resilient so no need to give up on them. While hurting them might hurt yields, it does not mean you cannot bring them back. The best cure for transplant shock is a stable environment and time.

Oh I'm the queen of doing what ya gotta do. Grow them out for sure then!
What's your grow situation? Tent? A big bowl with a wet towel inside placed in the room will raise the humidity. Just change with a clean towel every couple of days so it doesnt get gross.
How often are you watering? Is the soil totally dry before you do? Like if you pick it up it should be super duper light.
What kind of soil/lights/fans/nutrients do you have access to?

That's definitely not the highest clay level known on Earth, but I am just wondering what all those white specks are. You said you had thrips? When I had them, the bites looked similar, but again it's hard to tell for sure and I had bites that looked similar from spider mites hiding under the leaves having a chomp on the poor girl. Maybe it could be dust? Eggs? My old person eyes can't tell- LOL! The bugs can absolutely stunt growth if your pH and other factors are good. I will tell you that I completely annihilated a plant once, treating it with alcohol and dish soap for mites, fixed the pH issues and it thrived, although the yield was not great, somehow the end result was good. I would personally transplant and finish it off, watering at 6.0-6.5pH water, because I am a stubborn SOB, LOL!

tnx mate for putting your time on this ,,, i have 6 by 4 meter room . covered with light reflector . i use 2000 watt Led full spectrom . i have humidifires .. AC .. my air circulations are good and have fans all over place ... i do have Advanced Nute. fertilizer . and also Biobizz fertilizers .. im using a soil based on vermicompost , perlite leaf soil ... all of this came on a ready bag soil so i used it and mixed it with maximum 10% of clay . and thats it ...

i can see very small insects (VERY VERY SMALL) even hard to spot them with magnifire .. near my led lamp and plants ... i have no idea what are those ... can i treat them with Neem oil ? can i spray neem oil to my soil ?
if i want to transpalnt them then to which soil should i transplant them ?

Blue/Purple (blurple as people call them) lights often are lower quality and the manufactures will also make the lights seem better than they are. Its doubtful that your light is really 2000w. Do you have a link to the actual light? Also how close is it to your plant?
Any generic potting soil would work. Extra perlite/vermiculite would help.

they are 80 cm from the top of the plant .
For leds, your best bet is to look for the "actual wattage" or "power draw" under the specifications. This one looks like a "Avg. Power Draw: 240W". So not terrible at all but far from a 2000w. You may be able to lower that light a bit.

Guys please i have question 10% of clay beach in my soil only caused this ? by getting rid of the old soil and replacing the problem would go away ? is there a chance that clay is not the problem ?
You can spray down the top and underside of the plants with neem, but you may want to take a multi-prong approach and use multiple pesticidal products. I have found diatomaceous earth sprinkled around the pot, Azamax, spinosad, and I even use an ultrasonic pest repellant and it seems to actually work. There are issues here and you would do well to fix them ASAP man.
