Is the droopy leaves on my plant due to overwatering?

Hello guys, first time ever growing, my seedling is 9 days old and seems like the leaves are drooping. Is this due to overwatering? I’m growing in coco perlite 70/30 and have been watering once every 2 days once the pot feels light and gave it’s first feeding on day 8. However, I haven’t been watering so that there’s a run off of water every time, just half a litres worth of Ph balanced water every 2 days. I read seedlings don’t need a lot of water for the first 10 days. Also the leaves seem to be turning bright green from dark green, not sure if that’s due to temp issues but temps have been rising to over 32/33 degrees celcius until I bought an AC for my tent on day 8 so temps are more along the regions of 26-29 degrees celcius.
Also they seem quite small still for their age? Could this be due to the excessive high heat in the tent?
Please note I am growing 4 plants, the other 3 (gelato) seem fine in terms of leavings looking normal but it’s the blueberry which is drooping hence why I’m confused as I’ve been giving all 4 the same amount of water but the other 3 seem fine so far.
Thanks in advance for all your help and replies guys!

I would probably take more photos with the grow light off, use a room light or flash...

Because you were growing in an oven its hard to tell if you were over watering or not.

For what its worth, 12l is large-ish for seedlings and would be super easy to overwater, you can water a ring around the plant to help establish some roots, get some moisture in there but don't soak it just yet.

You can not over water in coco. You should never let coco dry out, and always water till around 10% runoff. You also need to be feeding at least a small amount ( 1/10th,1/8th recommended dose) of nutrients because coco has no nutrients in it at all. Unless you added dry amendments

Thanks for your help man I’ll definitely be watering until 10% run off from now on. Also alot of people have told me you don’t need to feed any nutes for the first week. I gave 1/8th recommended dosage of nutes for the first time on day 8 so let’s wait and see.

Yeah you’re right it is easy to overwater seedlings in large pots however I’ve mostly been watering when the coco has dried out and pots are light. Also each watering has had no run off yet. But I suspect it could be due to the excessive high heat in the tent.
