Ac infinity t6 or s6

I know the ac infinity t6 has speed and temp controller and can’t find much info on the controller on how it works, just a silly question wondering if the t6 wil just allow me to run it at a certain speed and not have it being interfered with other settings like temp control changing my fan speed as would like to just set the speed and leave it running like that all the time without it changing. Because if not should I just get the s6 and are they the exact same fans just different settings for them?

The fans are the same. The only difference is the controller and the lack of the temp/humidity sensors on the S6. If you just want a fan that you can set the speed on then just go with the S6.

Ok ideally would like the temp setting iswell just wanted to also know if you could set the t6 to a certain speed and leave it like what the s6 would be used for and have the temp settings there if I ever decide to use it because I have become aware of having the temp settings activated will constantly change the speed of the fan to maintain the temp you have set which isn’t not ideal for me 90% of the time as I’ll want to have it running on the low speed settings all the time for noise control

If you leave the T6 in "ON" mode, instead of "AUTO" mode, then it will stay on the speed you set it to. The only exception to that is if you setup alarms for temp or humidity. If you set those, and those alarm set points are reached, then it will ramp the fan to full speed and beep until the temp/humidity are below the alarm set points.

They have made changes to the digital controllers.

This seems to be the latest. Has a "Smart" mode and the led display has changed. Still wishing for ability to handle day/night settings.

Those are not for duct fans, usb fans only.

TerraBloom has some Ec motor inline fans also. They are as quiet as the ac infinity and also offer a nice controller for temperature.

My bad. I had pasted the wrong link.
You got the right link? Cuz ive been bugging them that i want to buy just a controller because i bought all manual speed controlled units and i want a temp controller for just one of them and they wont sell them to me, fuckers.

Bummer. If I remember right, they say you cannot attach a smart controller to a manual fan.

ok and I can simply just not setup alarms and my fan will run in peaceful harmony on whatever setting i have it on without interference?

Unless its strickly a cost issue, the controller models have great functionality.

For the manual fan, I would still need an inkbird or equivalent controller. Not just a timer.

Best way is to not use the alarm setting mode but the auto mode and (leave it on the auto mode don’t click out of it ) with only creating a high for them and a high for humidity. Then it will do what u want it Weill adjust the fam speed automatically.

I bought the T6 but haven't gotten my tent (4x4) yet.

But I thought I read you don't want auto mode if odor control is an issue, with auto it can shut off completely.

At least that's how I thought I understood it!

TerraBloom has an inline fan very similar to the ac infinity that does not have this problem. You can set the minimum to be different than zero. The controller of the TerraBloom does not manage humidity but If odor control is more important to you than humidity control then you could get the TerraBloom.
