only for seasoned growers plz help

I have a question

If I pollinate one bud site with male pollen,
Will the rest of the plant & other bud sites produce seeds ? Or will only the bud site that I put pollen on produce seeds and the rest not ???

Plz help cuz I want to get more seeds but I don’t want to have my whole plant produce seedy buds.

Thank you

Yes, a non pollinated bud will not produce seeds. If inside turn off all fans, and only pollinate lower branches to keep others from becoming pollinated.
Ive heard of people spraying down their plants after pollination and before turning the fans back on to deactivate the pollen, and prevent accidental unintended pollination of budsites.

Only buds that are pollinated will produce seeds. When I want to just pollinate one branch I'll cover the plant with a garbage bag except for the branch I want to pollinate. I do the pollination in a room with no fans and no airflow. Even then you'll still find an occasional seed elsewhere on the plant. It's almost impossible to prevent every grain of stray pollen off the plant.

If you do it carefully, only the site you put pollen on will pollinate and seed.
I have successfully created two strains of seed from a single plant by pollinating a female with pollen from males from two different strains (pollinated separate branches with each pollen).

I mix my pollen with baking flour to make it less likely to drift around everywhere, and I apply the pollen surgically with a tiny artist paintbrush.

Then I keep pollinated plants at the edge of the tent, farthest away from fans.

So I just brush some pollen on it. And ONLY the buds I put pollen on will seed correct ??
Yes as long as you are very careful about it. If you go in there with a big paint brush loaded with pollen and a fan blows on it..... Then you are likely going to have some seeds everywhere. As Spek said, "apply surgically."

Use a paint brush, just don't flail everywhere, and fan off. Just think of it like bees legs, getting in there. Then you can sing; "sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows." For those that know the song, cheesy as fuck and WILL stick in your head, lol.

Ironically, I've heard of people using that exact technique, but in reverse. They will put pollen in a ziploc baggie, place it over a bud, put a rubber band on it to keep it attached to the branch and shake it. The next day they re ove the baggie and spray the branch down todeactivate and prevent pollination of other budsites

I take two solo cups with 2 of fem same strain .... run 12/12 . Treat one with STS / CS ( completely) to get femmy pollen , use this solo to pollinate “ second “ solo cup plant ..... toss pollen plant .

Grow second one out ... at least 6 weeks or better to ensure fully mature seeds .
Harvest seeds .... toss that cup.

You can use something to make all the seeds turn female ?? Please explain I’d rather get all female seeds than male if I can

That’s a good idea. I have 4 clones from the mother / host plant. But they looked ill so I figured I’d pollinate a site or 2 on the host. But the clones are looking alive & rooting now so might abort this mission no pun intended
