Looks like a magnesium deficiency to me
Is it possible of low humidity ?
- The plant is out in a shed
- This started to happen when the sun/warm temps have gone.
- humidity is very low in the tent

How old is the chicken shit? Has it been composted or is it fresh? Growing up i had a friend who's family ran a chicken farm. The places where they dumped fresh poop had nothing growing around the piles but where the piles sat from one or two years everything around was growing awesome. I can only assume that fresh chicken poop may have bad bacteria at first until it composts. Just a thought.
Low "humanity"? Probably not. Low humidity? Not likely, but considering you haven't mentioned anything about your environment, we'd be guessing at best.

you need to let certain organic compounds "rot/decompose" for some time otherwise there are unwanted reactions going on on the soil (if indoor)
Would it be ph fluctuations?
I added fresh warm coffee grounds,biochar & seaweed 1-2 days before this happened.
Can roasted coffee as soil burn soft leaves?

pH fluctuations may be a side-effect to it. thing is that the initial breakdown of organic matter largely involves fungi (mold) and also "bad" microbes (anaerobe bacteria) which do create a kinda hostile environment for your plants.Would it be ph fluctuations?

Usually when one does composting of green garden stuff or organic kitchen leftovers, these guys are, at some point, repressed by the good microbes and then, ther organic compounds are also made more available.
Although the last poster of your link arrives at the right conclusions, he also does confuse something:
"Cannabis plants like a more neutral to ALKALINE soil, NOT at all a neutral to ACID soil. "
When, in fact:
Soil: pH ~6.5 ( 6.2 - 6.8 )
Hydro/ "Soilless": pH ~5.8 ( 5.5 - 6.0 )
