Growing photoperiods in coco+perlite 70:30, (canna coco professional plus) started off in 12 ltr / 2.7 gallon fabric pots.
And yes I know I should of started them in small pots first but this is my first ever grow and I wanted to keep it simple by eliminating transplanting. So anyways, I think I ended up overwatering my plants as the leaves started drooping even though I’ve only been watering once every 2-3 days when the pots get light. The reason I know I’ve been overwatering is because there’s small traces of green algae growing on the top layer of the coco which I’ve scooped away for the time being. The bottom 4 leaves and the tips are all curling downwards and there’s tiny burnt edges on the leaves which I’m guessing is down to nute burn.
What’s the best thing to do from here? I know it needs watering because the pots feel light and the coco is fairly dry. I last watered 2 days ago with 10% run off.
Should I give it plain PH balanced water or should I add nutes but less than 1/8th (1/8th is what I’ve been feeding them since day 8, only fed them nutes 3 times so far).
If someone could give me suggestions I’d be grateful.
