Do I need to feed nutes if I transplant to nutrient dish soil?

Sup guys, I have seedlings in Fox Farm soil going on about week 4, I started feeding nutrients last week and there ready for a transplant now. My question is when I transplant to FFOF would I still have to continue feeding? Comon Scene tells me no but just wanted to get some advice for ppl that’s experienced. Thanks! Also should I transplant to 1 gals or 2 gals? There in solo cups rn

FFOF supposedly has 3-4 weeks of nutes in it.
go with the pot that allows you the biggest plant for your light to maximize yield

I’m outdoors and there still pretty small. A 2 gal might be to much Bc I don’t wanna risk rout from water just sitting at the bottom of soil

Roots are starting to circle at the bottom, isn’t it better I transplant now and give roots room to grow rather then letting it get root bound?
those are no where close to root bound and not big enough to transplant. you want the entire cup full of roots so it holds together. right now, it will fall apart in your hand.
