Skywalker OG 1st grow

These seedlings are 6 days out of soil. 2 of them are kinda waxy??? Is there something going on I should be concerned with or am I just worrying needlessly? FFHF MIXED in 20-30% more perlite. Under mars hydro ts1000w raised 24 inches in a 32x32x63 with 4 inch inline fan passive intake about 200 cfm. I've been struggling with the temp being too low bc it's in basement. I decided to attach the driver to the light itself to try and help bring up the temperature. It was still barely hitting 72 so I turned inline fan off and temp got high with light turned to 75%. So now I have inline fan running again but have turned light all the way up. Anyone wanna make me feel better? The leaves are kinda twisty I think maybe yesterdays heat problem may be related. I have a ton of questions though. What is the happy medium with the vertical stretch? Not super tall and lanky but can nodes be too close? I'll add to this as I go and looking forward to having some dialogue.

I hope you do well with your Skywalker OG plants. This strain is one of my favorites and I always have some, well, unless it is a particularly potent batch, then it tends to go a bit quicker :leaf::hump::leaf:. I am not a grower YET, so I will refrain from giving advice on something I know little about. I'm old school and use to grow back in the 70's outdoor in my dad's garden... :leaf::hump::leaf: I still think the high on the weed back then kicks the crap outa most strains today. Back then it was named by it origin, well, mostly... Peace and cannabis

Hey thanks man. I'm new and just trying it out. I sure hope I get some good out if it!

Look at it this way, you will undoubtedly enjoy the end result since you nursed and cared for your plants. I have always enjoyed what I grew. I wish I could sample your bud when ready but.... I hope we hear how it goes/grows. Another very potent strain to grow is Fifth Element or run a search for THC-V rich strains... Oh yeah,,,, Look it up if you haven't heard about it and THC-P... FFT

oh, I did want to say, I do not believe the waxy thing is a problem. All the Skywalker flower Ive purchased is very resinous and or waxy, much like Fifth Element... It is in the genetics I think. Just my observation. 'nough said

When you start feeding start at 1/4 strength reccomended and work your way up. I am currently dealing with n tox 6 weeks into flower because i followed ff’s trio to a tee and i just recently found out through this forum that their schedules are known for burning plants.

I see you got some pipe cleaners to do a little training. Did you tie down the mainstem when they were in vegetation or did you just tie down and train the side branches? I'm doing lst for the first time on my next grow and looking for some input. Your plants look great btw :)

Side branches is mostly and after I topped I'd hold them for a bit and top again to kinda spread it out. This is my first grow so I don't really know what I'm doing yet

Think I had a calcium problem a week or so back but I think I got pH back in line and they haven't gotten worse.
