My thoughts? Dump the shelving unit and hang the light from the ceiling with adjustable ratchets. You‘re going to need more light. How many plants are in the big pot? Looks to be about 8. You’re going to have problems with that down the road. Those are big pot for those plants. Be careful not to over water.

I’d be tempted to carefully separate them into separate pots. Are all the pots bag seed? In the future you may want to consider using smaller pots to start with then transplant only the females and trash the males unless you want seeds.

You need triple the amount of light you are running

Way to soon to sex them. Some plants won’t show sex until you switch to 12/12 lighting.

You should want 35 to 50 watts, actual coming the wall watts, per square foot. I would go for the more the better when it comes to light.
Your space looks to be 2x4??? 300 watts anyhow.

You should have spent $200 on ONE light it would get far better results than all of those put together
