If the branches aren't to woody you could try and bend her over some, other than that not sure. I think topping or anything involving cutting would result in diminished yields. It is always best to get the plant trained beforehand then flip to flower. Below is a plant I'm working on currently, I'm trying to avoid growing another tree...
you can also cut a few of the big fans off just to open up the middle and bottom of plant to more light and airflow...your plants will love it but about half the posters here will say not to do it...but you definitely can
