So on 06/08, I germinated and sowed a seed I got from some 27% thc bud from the dispensary and wanted to try my hand at growing it. It’s been almost three weeks and I’m beginning to see a lot more components developing within the plant. My question is, are these pistols poking out of the second node? Any info will be appreciated! Thanks

Those arent pistils. Your plant looks very small for 3 weeks. You may have overwatered.
It’s been in for 15 days the other 5 were germinating and sprouting. Don’t know if that changes anything

Those are stipules.......not pistils.
