Yes it works providing your fan is big enough to take care of the lights in both tents.

You want the ducting to be roughly equal and the filters to be identical so the resistance is the same on each

For sure. Dump the hot stale tent air outside.

But....make sure each tent can vent without backdrafting into the other tent. Separate fans for each tent.

Consider odor too.

I was assuming one fan, two filters , both ways would work though.
No doubt two fans would be quieter

How much was that? I like it.
Too much. They are around 40 or 50 on Amazon. La Crosse brand.

Bang for buck.

I was thinking one would want each tent to run independent of the other. Hence 2 exhaust fans.
