You can sprinkle it around the top of your soil and water it in or use about 1 tsp per gallon and mix it.

Just at 13 inches with a little lst
seemed to have got there colour back now
Moved them to 6 gallon nursery pots with ffof
Added a little Epson salt
Use 20ml to a gallon of medi-one ppm 675
