Can you Veg with Blurple LEDs and flower with Quantum boards?

So i just got 4 maxsisun PB2000s to replace my 1000w blurples (actual power draw around 150w). I was wondering if I could veg my next run using my blurples and then switch to quantum boards to flower? Would I get good results this way or am I setting my plants up for failure going this route? Doing it this way would allow me to have a flower area and veg area so I can get a perpetual harvest, plus I could potentially have my quantum boards last longer since I wouldn't be using them for veg and flowering. What do you guys think/reccomend?

Definitely. I do that. Viparspectra Reflectors in VEG and HLG QB's in flower.

There is an little adjustment period when they go from the blurples to the QB's so you might need to dial down the QB's for a few days while the plants adjust then gradually raise the intensity and adjust the hanging height till you find that sweet spot.

I found that be 20" above the canopy. The RSpec is at full power and the girls are loving it.

Its a good idea. Nobody ever said blurples don't veg well.

Another option is to upgrade blurple with cobs. I installed 6 citizen cluo48 cobs in my Mars reflector 96. They are cheap on eBay and a big improvement. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.

Viparspectra Reflectors emit double the BLUE wavelengths compared to the RED wavelengths. They give you nice tight node spacing and plenty of bud sites. I love these lights for VEG.
