Looks like burns. I see they are outside, are you bottle feeding?

The only thing I could match that to was phosphorus deficiency. I have personally never seen anything like that and it doesn't seem to have all of the symptoms. I do not think it is nutrient burns. Might help to see the whole plant.

How are the temps outside? Excessive heat can do that too. If not nute burn or heat issues I have no idea what it is.

well the last three days have beebn rain, but before that it qwas straight water and like 3 days of feeding

could be a fungus, try a copper fungicide

Dampening off perhaps. I would ease up on the watering.
I would also keep an eye on those leaves could be a fungi.
