Looks like calcium deficiency to me, is it more prevalent on the higher or lower growth of the plant?

Nah, not really. Its a pretty even spread, this is the first day its been that high up on the canopy. Usually lower or middle fan leaves. Mostly bigger ones.

Could also be too much PK hindering uptake of Ca or pH could be outside uptake range of Ca.

but definitely Ca def symptoms.
