Yeah I know what the risks are. I would only do this on seed I didn't care to waste. Bag etcJust a heads up, this may have worked for you, but you stand a not-insignificant change of damaging the seedling doing this, or more commonly, not completely removing the membrane which never allows the cotyledon to open.

Go research low stress training. That should keep you busy for a while and give your plants a break

This is one that i initially planted outside without germing and it popped out the soil like this so i transplanted it to a cup very carfully and it looks fine

Great news everything worked out they kept growing but on one of the plants i had to remove the shell with tweezers and one of the cotyledon leaves broke will my plant regrow the broken leaf?You really need to stop messing with them
