Plant height issue help?

I think I've done enough defoliation but light still seems like it's not getting to those bottoms.so do I just keep tying the top down as she grows but I'm in the start of week 4 flower nw,so shouldn't it stop stretching nw?just newb questions lol.
usually stretch will be 3-6 weeks depending on the strain.

Some pics with lights off still not that greater pictures tho.oh really I thought they, would've finished stretching by nw.so hanging and bending,ye I've wondered what those yo-yo thingys were for.i suppose the whole plant will need bracing,or will the yo-yos be enough to support the structure.thanks for everyone's input to,I really appreciate it:clap:

You got another good week of stretch for sure. It will be fine to just keep bending the stems as needed. These plant "yo-yos" work well at keeping plants bent. They are meant to support heavy topped plants but work just as well in keeping stems bent. Just attach to something low and use the hooks around the stem. Good Luck https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GNHQQD9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I'm from nz so the shipping is expensive but we gt sm here locally thanks mate for the info.

is it suppose to look like this?i cant bend the end no more its like wood(lol).

just chime in if im doing anything wrong, got some yoyos nw. 20 bucks for a pack of 10, thought that was a bit steep.week 5 flower according to the calendar, so im guessing 5 weeks for the blueberry and jack, but those clones seem abit more developed.

20200730_201907.jpg20200730_203131.jpg20200730_203312.jpgunknown genetic.(clone,soil,ph6.0,)seems like its getting close. more amber on some others but couldnt get photos hard to hold camera and loupe in a tight squeeze.what everyone think?being geting yellow leaves for past week and now rapidly getting them.be good to get them out soon as im guessing the jack and blueberry are a fair while to go and will enjoy the extra room.
