Plants seem happy enough with the new schedule, no adverse effects. Multi strain seed run so canopy's always gonna be a little uneven

No journal, I just add a few pics to threads here and there mostly in the seed section

are you running the the far red during lights on as well or just for end of day?.
i stopped using far red for the first few weeks after flip cause it caused noticable strech on the strain i ran last.

Just running these far reds at the end of the day, keeping within my normal lighting routine with existing lights. The High Light boards have an array of deep red and far red on them.

Still learning myself but it sounds like you encountered shade avoidance syndrome while using 730nm.

Just running these far reds at the end of the day, keeping within my normal lighting routine with existing lights. The High Light boards have an array of deep red and far red on them.

Still learning myself but it sounds like you encountered shade avoidance syndrome while using 730nm.

How many minutes for your end of day? See any benefit with 660 for start of day? Any plans for running both together a some later stage in flower development?

Hi guys I just wanna say thanks about this thread , since I came here my grow has improved a lot , I followed the formula posted here , and I'm using FR 30s before lights off and 6:30 min after ,I also started to use for 3 hours for midday after the stretch , I'm following the Captain Morgan advice and my schedule is being 13/11 with 750/800 ppfd for around 35/40 DLI

First grow with 730nm far reds and absolutely love it. I do notice a little stretch but thinking of adding some royal blue pucks in future and do 13/11 next grow. Hoping the royal blue will keep some of the stretching down.

Under 5 for this run. Time schedule I'm running I was advised gives the most stretch when running BoD and EoD treatments

I normally start throwing a little pollen week 3 onwards, I'm week 2 day 3 and looking to throw a little pollen in the next day or two so something is benefiting from the BoD and EoD treatment's. The High Lights were only turned on 3 days ago so I know its not the influence of those reds.

Yeah I'll probably run them later in flower, though the High Lights are providing the deep reds and far reds at 20x the wattage.

OK, so its not the most scientific test run using initiators, full seed run rather than using cuts/clones which have known finishing flowering time in my set up but, I can see a difference. At 54 days today, normally harvest at 70 days, hoping to shave 3 - 5 days off that.
