Neptunes Harvest Rose & Flowering: 2-6-4

Hey Guys:

New grower here! Hope you are all doing good during this time.

So I just purchased Neptunes Harvest Rose & Flowering today as my girl's top leaves are yellowing slightly. Plant is in the 4th week of flowering with no nutrients and looks fairly healthy. Just trying to jump in front of a problem before there is one. Anybody know much about this product and if it is good for the flowering stage? I plan on easing her into it by literally starting with a teardrop lol. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't seen the Rose and Flower before, but I love their fish hydro and kelp extract. That looks like it would be great for flowering, I'm going to have to get some of that.

I use 2 teaspoons of the 2-4-0 (fish hydro) and 2 teaspoons of 0-0-1 (kelp extract) per gallon of water in flower, so i might start with 1-2 teaspoons of that new stuff and see how it goes.

I like this stuff. Been using the flower and veg for a couple years and have good luck in organic mix. I use it at least every other water in veg and flower and also add some epsom and biomin liquid calcium a few weeks into flower one time. I dont measure but eyeball it roughly an once plus per gallon or a couple tablespoons per half gallon water can. Its natural fish fertilizer so kind of hard to burn using it.
I use the veg formula a couple weeks into flower as well. Best thing I also do is aerated tea every week to 10 days pretty much all grow after a few weeks of veg. High N guano, EWC and bubbled in water with molasses. for 24 to 36 hours, after two weeks of flower switch to high P guano instead of high N guano. Works for me but to each his own and you have to find what works for you. Im a small personal grower in a tent using 5 gal bags. Good luck !

YES! I used that stuff on my actual tomatoes outside last year, I inherited a full bottle from my mom who swore by it for her roses. I had the best tomatoes last year of my life, this will work great for you. Honestly, it's hard to beat fish hydrosylate as a fertilizer. I grew a bunch of massive outdoor plants with the regular Neptune's Harvest before and it worked great as well.

I bought a gallon of the https://www.neptunesharvest.com/fs-191.html as a trial this spring. We grow container peppers and tomatoes on the patio in cheap promix in 15 gallon pots and my wife grows planters of flowers plus some in the ground around the house etc. A couple of the small solo shot cups 1 ounce each in a 2 gallon water can and its been freakin awesome this year. Many neigbors have remarked how huge and healthy her flowers are this year and the veggie plants got huge. I just had to cut them down for the winter today. I dont understand why more people dont use fish fert in general and Nuptune's Harvest in particular. I got tired of chasing the latest and greatest fad of nutrients and have not looked back. Disclaimer is I also use things like dry ammendments somewhat as well but the biggest single contributer is the Neptune's Harvest. Next summer Im going to do a control test of one plant of tomatoes and peppers just with the soil and any other dry ammendments but no Neptune's Harvest and see what happens. Im over 500 miles from the nearest ocean so thank goodness for shipping.

Fish + seaweed is the gold standard of fertilizer since ancient times. In my outdoor raised beds right before winter I spread a layer of alfalfa pellets for horses across them and lightly till them in-then in the spring the seedlings live off of that until I dose them with the Neptune's harvest. I wish I could just plant some clones in that soil, it beats any of the expensive nutrient lines.
