Flushing before harvest

Hi everyone so i was wondering i have one plant in flower has one more week until harvest. An i have started flushing the plant but today would be the second time i flush it this week, before i flushed today the soil was still a bit wet i still flushed but what im wondering is isnt that overwatering or wouldnt that deprive the roots of oxygen? Or cause bud rot or even mold??? Thanx

Oakiey hit you with a bit of sarcasm. Don’t flush, it isn’t necessary. Continue to feed, but considering how close you are I would back off your Nutes by at least 50%. Don’t let the idea of flushing destroy what you worked so hard for.

really simple dude, when they need water then water them, period. and don't water while your shit is still wet because yes that would do just as you mentioned. so equate flushing with only using water and no nutes. u can use molasses water but not mandatory. water alone the last week is fine.
don't get caught in the flush or not flush debate. do either and you will be ok. if you wamt to run a test on both ways then that's east to do to compare the idea of flush or no flush. keep it simple stupid KISS is how i try to grow ALL THE TIME.

Stop dumping in tons of water and stop dumping in tons of water when the soil is still wet.

if you’re trying to flush. Water like normal with water only for the last two weeks if you’re in soil.

can we see pics to let you know if you’re even close enough for a flush?

As for me, I will flush...I have had many harvest where I didn't flush and it tasted like shit. I medicated, but it was harsh like hell. The cure mellowed it a little better. Depends on the size of my buds this year. I'm using 1200 watts over a 4x8 space and their huge. I water and feed daily and make sure that they have plenty of room to drain. I'm almost hydroponics but I'm still using soil. I like to keep my CO2 around 1200 to 1350 ppm in a small room I built in the basement. I'm starting the flowering today. They have been in the dark for 31 hours so hopefully they will be ready. Wish me luck. Look for me, I will be posting pics.
