Flushing plants

Hi everyone so i was wondering i have one plant in flower has one more week until harvest. An i have started flushing the plant but today would be the second time i flush it this week, before i flushed today the soil was still a bit wet i still flushed but what im wondering is isnt that overwatering or wouldnt that deprive the roots of oxygen? Or cause bud rot or even mold??? Also the lower leaves are starting to yellow aswell. Thanx

Flush hard 2 weeks out, allow to dry out completely (buds will get airy and foxtail when the soil is always wet), Flush hard again 1 week out & allow to dry out completely watering only enough as needed. Best allowed to dry out in-between flushes to ensure roots get enough oxygen and buds don't foxtail. Also decreases chances of mildew & mold if you're indoors.

Well i first flushed two days ago and then this morning. But this morning the soil was still wet. I just dont want no mold or bud rot to happen would that happen? Or how would you flush or should i wait longer till soil dries but i still have 8 more days until harvest?
