There are some white spots on the leaves and i read that spraying the plants with a mix of cider vinegar and water will help but my plants are 4 weeks into flowering. Would this still be ok to spray on them?

No photos. One can assume PM(powdery mildew) or one can say your plant hermie'd and it spewed some pollen. Without details like temperature, humidity levels, air movement etc all one can do is guess. Who knows maybe a magic elf sprung dna all over the leaf.

Definitely pm no hermies the temp here in mass is in the mid 80s and for the past 2 days in the 90s humidity around 50 during the day and 80 at night and airflow is great they are outdoors and wind has been pretty steady all year

Is it outside?

Is it just that leaf?

Looks like water droplets

***EDIT*** I only looked at the first pic for some reason... That second nug shot does actually look like WPM to me alot more... So definitely go with the 3%****

Agreed, does look like some dirty water that happen to dry up rather than the typical bright white cluster of WPM. But very well still could be..

The 3% peroxide wouldnt be a bad idea anyways, since your in mass and Im getting WPM too, you probably will or have it already..

I'd rub it off

At that stage, spray will crinkle yer hairs pretty bad, I assume h202 does like most others do
nah the 3% is pretty mild, basically just water. But the 3% is enough to kill off the spores, You have to keep up with it every few days / week though.
