I'm a new grower and i'm using Gaia Green organic fertilizers. The tap water in my city is pretty good but it's quite basic (like 7.8-8.1). I want to keep things organic and don't want to throw the microbes out of whack with normal ph down. I tried apple cider vinegar, but as an experiment I brought the water from 7.8 down to 6.5 with apple cider vinegar and then waited and the next morning tested it again and the water was 8.4. Long term the water became more basic with vinegar not more acidic. So I don't want to use vinegar anymore.
What do you guys use for organic ph down?
